Christophe Pionnier, aka ‘Chris’, was born in the South of France, at the crossroads of the Cévennes and Provence regions. He has a passion for the culinary arts, spending his youth and devotion behind the stove as a true chef, making it his profession. When you listen to Chris, the key word comes up again and again in an almost continuous flow of words: Pleasure. A word like a gimmick that evokes his native region, the culinary arts and music.
